This is my favorite place to go. You have it all here. Walk into this light and bright home with beautiful paintings, comfortable sleeper sofa, comfortable beds, hot tub and heated pool. You will feel the good energy surround you while you are here at this home! Some guests call this their honeymoon home. It is cozy and beautiful! Bring your boat or use the kayak stored in the large garage and cruise down the inter-coastal waterway to the oldest city in the country. You may just want to relax and watch your favorite TV/DVD on the 50" Smart TV. Floors are ceramic tile and carpet in the master bedroom. Master has a 32” LCD TV/DVD. The large master bedroom has a king size bed and a twin. You will love the large walk in closet. Master bedroom has a private full bathroom with tub/shower. Split Plan for your privacy….the 2nd bedroom is very colorful with beachy surfer decor and has a queen bed with foot and a twin. This bedroom has a 32” LCD TV/DVD. Just look at my pictures and you will see how comfortable and cheerful this home is. Another bathroom next to the 2nd bedroom as a private bathroom or guests bathroom. The fully stocked kitchen has all the appliances you will need and very accommodating. All remodeled kitchen with beautiful quartz counter-tops installed.You will enjoy the view of the waterway while enjoying your dinner on the quality table and comfortable chairs.

Bring your boat if you wish and dock it on the 10 x 20 floating dock. There are two boat ramps within a mile. There is one single kayak and one tandem kayak ready for you with paddles and life jackets. Maybe a ride to the beach on the beach bikes sounds better. Just have fun and do it all! Ride the bikes in 5 minutes or walk to the beach which is probably a 15 minute walk. This area has special designated beach access walkway or choose the Crescent Beach Park where there is a drive on beach access, oceanfront restaurant, showers.. Also, a large parking area if you choose to drive to the beach. Also, a drive on beach access here at Crescent Beach but a 4 x 4 is advised. I have included a map and a booklet with favorite places and restaurants for you.

Heated in-ground pool looks beautiful! I designed the first step to be very large and about one foot deep to use as a kiddie pool or area to sunbathe. The deck around the pool is huge. Weber Grill and outdoor PVC patio table and chairs for your outdoor BBQ's is great. Love seat and Lounge chairs for your comfort. Two Trek Wood colorful blue high top chairs to view the waterway and enjoy the weather and scenery. Watch for the fish jumping. Usually only small fish but fun for the children to fish off the floating dock.

A large 52 foot covered patio to enjoy the outdoors rain or shine. Outdoor ceiling fan installed on patio for hot summer days and evenings while enjoying the outdoors. Outdoor Smart TV with cable channels in enclosed box. Large hot tub that stays hot all the time for you to relax and enjoy this awesome wonderful waterfront home. Hot and Cold outdoor shower.
