A bathroom with tub/shower to share and an large room with sliding doors to the large heated pool and fenced back yard. This large room has a full size washer and dryer, wash tub, and a 55” Smart TV. It has all the beach towels, beach chairs, floats, beach cart, and other pool and beach items for you to enjoy.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with king bed. Master has a 32” Smart TV. Bathroom with shower, fully stocked kitchen, large living room with quality leather sectional, dining area with large 6 top table, and a front screen porch with two high top tables and chairs made of high quality colorful trek wood. The top deck has a large side deck with stairs to the large beautiful heated pool. The new PVC Patio set is beautiful and colorful. Table with 6 chairs and umbrella. Also, PVC lounger and recliner and side tables for your favorite beverage. Great for poolside relaxation and sunbathing. Backyard shade trees for the summer months. Sounds perfect to me!
The views of the ocean are beautiful from the top floor and top deck of this home. You will truly enjoy it! The walkover to the beach is only 50 feet away so I would love to consider this home as oceanfront since it has all the luxuries of an oceanfront home since the walkover is right there.
Well behaved dog is allowed at this home and on this beach with a leash. If you have a 4x4 this is a drive on beach. Bikes allowed on beach also. I do have a his and hers bike available at this home for low rental rate.
Recessed lighting. All freshly painted. Decorated beautiful with tropical paintings. Very well stocked. Great area close to shopping and about 8 miles to downtown historic district.
Upgraded premium cable channels and wireless internet.
You will truly enjoy this home and have a wonderful vacation.
